Close to the product.
Duki Holdings builds AI products from zero to one across consumer and business markets. You’ll help us understand who needs them, what gets in their way, and what would make a product worth paying for.
This role connects customer discovery, product development, and sales. You’ll work closely with engineering, bringing real customer problems into the room and taking useful solutions back out into the world.
What you’ll do
- Find and talk with prospective customers. Ask thoughtful questions about their workflows, frustrations, and priorities.
- Turn those conversations into clear insights. Work with the engineering team to shape features and test whether they solve the problem.
- Reach out to promising prospects, arrange and run product demos, and follow up with care.
- Help convert interest into paying customers. Track what resonates, what stalls, and what to try next.
What you’ll bring
- Curiosity about people and the confidence to start a conversation.
- Clear writing, careful listening, and the habit of following through.
- An interest in AI products, early-stage businesses, and learning by doing.
- Comfort with uncertainty—and a willingness to turn feedback into the next experiment.
You don’t need a polished sales résumé. Show us that you can ask good questions, learn quickly, and take ownership.
